How we calculate the cost of our Furniture The price shown before VAT above is the cost of the furniture from the factory - with all of the charges below built into it. * Freight from Factory to Sea Port * Port Handling charges in China * Crate Price and Factory Packing charges * Fumigation Fees on Crate * All risks Insurance * Sea freight on Container to UK * Import duty in UK ** On applicable items * Docs handling fees in UK * Container release fees * X Ray Scanning charges * Port Handling Charges in the UK * Fuel Surcharges on Container * Container Freight from the UK Port to our warehouse * Unloading time for our staff * Loading onto the couriers vehicle The cost of the crate and Couriers Charges are shown as separate items above in case you wish to collect your furniture. If you choose to collect - both of these charges can then be removed. Our Worldwide prices look much cheaper as they are all shown WITHOUT any of these charges in them. This product can also be made in any of our 4 wood choices and any of the 5 colours in our range - Plain or Carved or inlaid with M.O.P. Just click on the ORDER button above and you will be Walked through the process of choosing your Wood colour / Wood Type / Carving style etc and then your deposit payment ( on our Secure Server ).

HOW WE WORK : LEAD TIMES ON ORDERS

We operate in the following way. We take orders from Customers and a 30% deposit at the point of order. We then e mail the order to the factory to start production on the furniture.The factory will then build the furniture , apply the finish and then pack it and store it for us whilst we fill the balance of the container.

Each time we receive an order we update the graphic on our Intro page to
show how full the container is after the order is added. We then wait for other customers orders to come in and gradually fill the container. Once we have filled the container with Orders we close the container off. From this point it will take around 6 - 8 weeks for the factory to build the final customers furniture before the container will be ready to ship.

Please do not ask us how long the furniture will take to arrive as we cannot tell you. It all depends on how fast our orders come in. All we can assure you is you will be delighted with your furniture when it arrives - but please remember this is all hand built to each customers specification and takes some time.

If you cannot wait - ask us for a price on FAST FREIGHT SERVICE which takes around 6 weeks to build and 3 weeks to ship. The downside though on this is you have to pay the Sea Freight and Crate charges as well as the Port Fees - which all come included if you add to our container.

Multiple items to order ? Please click the VAN icon above as multiple item orders can work out far cheaper. By not crating the goods - and getting them hand delivered instead this is often the best option.

Ordering. You will receive a full e mail receipt for your purchase - followed by a Sales Order raised manually for approval prior to the furniture being made - to check all details are correct.
